I'd like Rutile to break into lapidary, a craft they're already quite familiar with. They're limited not by tools or skill, but rather by resources. Thus my question is twofold:
1. What kinds of stones would Rutile be able to find around and outside Aifaran? (I don't need a comprehensive list - just a 'x rarity', 'y temperament' will do, and I'm happy to provide examples if that's helpful. Many types of quartz, for example, are very common, and can be found in most climates; some are considered semi-precious.) 2. Of those, which do Aifaran citizens consider semi/precious? Rutile and the Fool will eventually intend to go into business together (we're still playing out the details), and I'd like it to take Rutile some time to realize which stones will go faster and for more rhinn than others. (These may also correlate with being more difficult to find.)
