In GW2, necromancers arguably summon their undead minions from another plane of existence. The animation shows them materializing out of mid-air or popping out of a black hole in the ground, and they don't resemble classic skeletons at all (they look like golems made out of miscellaneous flesh and bone honestly, when they're not spooky-looking shades).
Would a necromancer still have access to whatever place they get their minions from in this setting? If not, would it be allowed for a necromancer to seek other ways to make minions, or is this just a case of 'not allowed entirely'?
