Instigating Character/Incident: The Dreaming messes with the damaged library and unleashes Fairy Tales upon the city, Fairy Tales that the Dreamfolk inadvertently play out, even if they become aware that something is off. (Which would make it even more fun). Event Outline: An event in which players can choose which fairy tales their characters will play out and which version is played out, be it Grimms, Disney or some other tradition.
