I have a very specific question concerning a character I am considering. This man here blows himself up rather spectacularly at the end of the most recent movie. There are debates about whether or not he is actually dead or if he just blew his legs off with that landmine. There is a ton of footage that was cut from the final movie and we have set photos of him with the trappings of prosthetic legs for the final scene.

Would I be able to bring him in without his legs or, as it is not explicitly stated in the movie that he survives, would I have to bring him from his "death"?
