The medical facilities in Aifaran are fairly comprehensive (apologies, that's one of the sections we haven't added yet) so this is absolutely doable. We'll leave it to you and Anders-mun whether you want to play it as the local physicians here have something simply to stave off the taint's effects, or whether you want it to be a full-on cure (or start with the former and progress to a cure, whichever you want).
